    Apples, fresh, 4 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Apricots, dried, .5 cup, halves (remove)
    cinnamon 1/2 tsp


Peel apples and core. Slice into wedges. Drizzle with 1 tbsp oil and cook in ActiFry for 10 minutes. Mix maple syrup, apricots and cinnamon. Add to actifry and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
