    Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.25 cup
    White Rice, short grain, 3 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
    Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 40 ounces


Cook rice per instructions.

Combine rice in saucepan with cream of mushroom soup and milk. Mix together over low heat. Turn off heat and mix in tomatoes.

Spread rice mixture into rectangular casserole pan. Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture. Cover pan with foil and cook for 50 minutes at 350. Remove foil and cook for 30 more minutes, or until chicken has completely cooked and slightly browned.
