    Ground beef, lean, 64 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    Tomato Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove)
    *saurkraut, 1/4 jar, 4 serving (remove)


Par boil the rice
saute Celery, Onions
Add above to Lean Ground Beef.
Set Aside

Core and boil cabbage (making leaves easier to work with)

Once soft separate leaves to cool. Once cooled trim vein from cabbage leaves.

take 1 tablespoon and place on the wide side of leaf. Roll up tucking sides in while your roll.

Place 1/2 kraut in bottom of pan. Place cabbage rolls on top, empty two cans of tomatoe soup on top and the rest of the saurkraut add enough water to cover cabbage rolls. Bring to a boil and cook on low for 1 hour 15 mins
