    1.25 cup Quinoa
    1 TBS olive oil
    400 g stir fry vege
    2 tsp garlic/ginger paste
    200 ml stock
    1 TBS tomato paste
    Juice from 1 lemon

Cook quinoa
Stir fry veges with garlic/ginger
Add quinoa. tomato paste, stock and lemon juice

Add together and serve
