Introduction

Ingredients

2 4oz pieces cod
dill weed, to taste
pat of butter
1/4 cup white wine
spritz olive oil (I use the Misto) or can drizzle & smear on baking sheet where you will put the fish.
2 cloves Garlic peeled and smashed
Salt & Pepper to taste
Tips
You can use Pam for the olive oil, butter substitute for the butter and broth or clam juice for the wine if you wish. You'll have to recalculate the nutrition facts.
Directions
In a microwave dish with a cover spritz or drizzle a bit of the oil where fish will sit. Place fish in pan and spritz top of fish with the rest of the oil.
Sprinkle dill, salt and pepper on the fish. Top each piece with 1/2 pat butter. Add wine and garlic to the pan and cover. Microwave at about power 7 for 10 minutes OR bake at 375 Degrees for about 15-20minutes.
