    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Butter, salted, 3 tbsp
    Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp


sautee onions in olive oil/butter.
add whisked eggs and scramble
add seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder
add spinach and cook till spinach shrinks.
