1 Large Egg
1 Slice, Sara Lee Delightful 45-Cal Wheat Bread, Toasted
1/4 c. Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheese
1tsp Olive Oil
Again, make sure you're skillet is oven safe.
My initial skillet cooking takes just a couple of minutes, make sure you keep the heat low, or egg edges will brown/crisp.
I push bread down in toaster when I crack eggs into skillet, then leave in toaster until egg is done. Put bread on plate, top with cheese, put egg on top of cheese straight from skillet, so cheese can melt.
I usually serve w/half-cup cottage cheese mixed w/1tsp cinnamon.
Mist oven-safe skillet with olive oil, heat to med-low
Crack egg into skillet (yolk intact), cook until white just starts to set on top
Put skillet under broiler (middle grate), cook until fully opaque, about 45 seconds, remove
Put cheese on toast, place egg on cheese
S&P as needed
Serving Size: 1 Slice of bread with egg and cheese
