    1 pouch or 1/3 cup plus 1 tbl. Carnation Instant Breakfast, any flavor
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 cup unsweetened strawberries, frozen and unthawed


Blend all ingredients for 1 - 2 minutes and enjoy!

    I have this for breakfast a lot of mornings - add some nonfat yogurt for some extra flavor. Change from raspberries with strawberry yogurt or strawberries with raspberry or mixed berry yogurt. Yummy, healthy, quick & filling! - 7/3/10
