    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Coconut Oil, .25 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Molassas - tbsp, 1 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Cook mini muffins at 350 for 12-14 minutes until lightly brown on top
