Introduction

This is the closest thing to a 50/50 milkshake I could find. The recipe is slightly taken from Dashing Dish and it's a great foundation recipe. Ingredients

    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 - 3 cups ice
    1 scoop Designer Whey Protein Powder - French Vanilla
    1 TBS Sugar Free Jello Mix - Vanilla
    2-4 TBS Splenda
    1 tsp Orange Extract
    1/4 tsp Orange Food Coloring

Tips

Instead of the milk, you can use water. This has a great smooth and creamy texture and the flavor is great too!


Directions

Start with the cottage cheese, ice, pudding, protein, food coloring and flavoring. Add the milk and begin pulsing to breakdown the ice. Continue to blend until you've reached the consistency you like.
