    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz
    Bread, whole wheat 2 SLICES
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Bella Sun Luci- Sundried Tomatoes, 1 oz
    Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 6 strips
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and split up into 2 loafs
Bake for 60 minutes at 375 degrees

The other option if to break it up into individual patties which will only take about 1/2 hour to bake

Serving Size: Makes 8 about 1 inch slices or one patty
