Ingredients

    -can black beans
    -can yellow corn
    -1 cup parsley or cilantro
    -1/4 onion
    -1 Tomato (large or medium)
    -Lime Juice (a couple good squeezes)
    -Add Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Add all together. Put in fridge

Serving Size: Makes about 1.5 quarts or 6 cups. Serving equals 1/2 cup
