    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Egg white, 1 serving
    shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
    Water, tap, .5 fl oz
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Parsley, 1 tbsp chopped
    Fage - 0% Greek Yogurt, 1 oz
    Bacon, 6 medium slices, cooked
    2 slices whole wheat toast
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    hot sauce of choice


bake bacon in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 mins. after baking, set bacon on paper towels to reduce fat.

whisk eggs with water, salt and pepper.

cook eggs in a medium nonstick saucepan over medium heat while stirring in a figure 8 fashion to your desired doneness.

meanwhile, toast the bread bread and butter it when done.

when the eggs are bearly done, sprinkle with cheese and lower heat. Cover the eggs - they are done when the cheese melts.

divide the bacon, eggs, and toast onto plates. sprinkle with parsley, onion, and a dollop of fage yogurt. Garnish with the hot sauce of choice, optional
