    1 Eggplant
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp red pepper
    1 tsp Ms. Dash
    1 tsp paprika
    4 tbsp Olive oil


Wash Eggplant. Leave peeling on. Slice into 16 thin rounds. Brush the slices with the olive oil and then add spices. Place on non-stick oven sheet. Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees until done. About 20-30 minutes depending upon desired crispness.

Serving Size: Makes 16 slices total, 4 slices per serving
