    *Buscuits, grands reduced fat buttermilk, .5 serving
    *Bacon Bits Real Bacon (1 tbs), .5 serving
    *Motzerella Cheese, Fresh, .5 oz
    *Egg, Beaters ,99% Real Eggs, EGG BEATERS , (1/4cp/61g), 0.15 serving
    Spinach, fresh, 2 leaf
    Mushrooms, cooked, 1 mushroom


take one grands buscuits and cut in half.
push to bottom of muffin tin.
Add 1/3 up egg beater (it will puff up so don't add any more)
Saute mushroom, put on top of eggs.
put one spinach leaf in egg.
sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Bake for about 17 min.
