    Round Roast, cooked in a can of golden mushroom soup and diced (about 6-8 ounces). Save soup gravy for stew base. (I eat the roast one day and save the leftovers for the soup!)
    1 cup frozen sweet corn
    1 can diced tomatoes with juice (low sodium or salt free)
    2 cans of butter beans or lima beans
    2 slices of low sodium bacon
    Water as needed.


Make the roast in a crockpot a few days before. Roast, soup, garlic powder and black pepper. Eat the roast for dinner that night and make this stew with the leftovers.


Combine ingredients and heat until simmering. Cover and simmer until dinner time.
