Ingredients

    Puree lentils and mix with milk, eggs, vanilla, apple and sugar.

    Mix dry ingredients together.

    Mix wet and dry ingredients.

    Fold in chocolate chips and shredded carrot & zucchini

    Pour into mini muffin pans.
    Bake for 12-15 mins. @ 350-375 degrees.
