    6 small red potatos
    1/2 tsp italian seasoning
    1 tbsp corn starch
    6 cloves garlic
    2 tbsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp masala
    3 tbsp canola oil
    salt to taste


1. Preheat oven to 450. Line cookie tray with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch wedges and place them in a bowl of water.
2. In a bowl place everything except potatos and mix well.
3. Drain potatoes. Add them in and mix well so they get evenly coated. Spread them in a single layer on tray.
4. Bake 15-18 minutes. Take out and flip each wedge with a fork. Bake again for 10-15 minutes until nicely colored and crispy. Serve immediately.
