salt 1 tsp
all-purpose flour 9 cups

Mix first 3 ingredients together and let sit for 10 min until yeast has risen. Then stir.

Divide dough into 4 large pieces. If using for cinnamon rolls, roll one piece out at a time into a 1/4 inch thick 9 x 12 inch rectangle. sprinkle 1/4 of filling ingredients over entire surface. Roll up length wise and cut into 12 pieces. Place in a greased 9x13 pan.
Repeat with remaining dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
