Ingredients

    2 cups steel cut oats
    4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 cups water

    3 cups canned pumpkin
    2 T maple syrup
    1 T cinnamon
    1 c chopped walnuts

Directions

In a large pot, bring almond milk and water to a rolling boil. Add oats and reduce to medium-low and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in pumpkin, syrup, and cinnamon. Top with walnuts.
