    3lg. green bell pepper(cored)
    3stalks of celery diced
    2lgsweet onion diced
    11/3c brown rice
    3t worstershire sauce
    a dash of liquid smoke
    4lg.tomatoes diced
    1can of tomato paste
    3tsweet basil
    11/2t grounf mexican oregeno
    marinara sauce
    2lb.mozzerlla cheese


they are great to freeze and pop in the microwave!


core peppers and set aside,brown hamburger(drain)add herbs and veggies,then rice cook 2hrs add water to keep rice from sticking.once stuffing is done,steam peppers,stuff them,pour marinara sauce over top and cheese,bake for11/2hrs
