This is such an easy recipe to make on those rushed nights. This is such an easy recipe to make on those rushed nights.
Number of Servings: 8


    8 oz. elbow pasta (dry)
    1 lg. can diced tomatoes
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    4 Tablespoons butter or margarine
    salt & pepper


Cook elbows according to package directions. In lg skillet , saute onion in cooking spray then add ground beef . When pasta is ready, drain and put tomatoes into that pan. Add ground beef mixture and heat. Add pasta and butter or margarine. Serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
