    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, divided
    1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    2 1/2 cups cooked rice
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided


350 for 25 minutes covered, until meat is no longer pink. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cheese over top and put back in for 10-15 minutes.
