    1cup Organic Steel Cut Oats
    6 dates (pitted)
    2/3 cup of water or almond milk


1-Put Steel Cut Oats in a jar ( large canning size jar will work) and cover with plenty of fresh filtered water.Put in the fridge to saok for 1 to 2 nights rinsing once or twice daily.
2- Drain the oats and put them in a blender with the dates and liquid..Blend on low speed to medium speed until well mixed.
3- Oatmeal will keep refriqerated for 2 days.

Serving Size: makes four 1/2 cup servings
