    Uncle Ben long grain and wild rice
    Cream of chicken soup
    Chicken Breast
    Green Beans
    Lemon Juice
    Curry powder
    Sunflower seeds


This freezes well, as is whole or divided into servings.


Cook the whole package of rice according to directions. Mix lemon, curry, yogurt and mayo together, set aside. Cut chicken in pieces. Thaw green beans if frozen.
Preheat oven to 350*

Layer hot rice in a 3.5 qt. cassarole, then beans, the chicken and curry mixture. Sprinkle seeds on top. Bake at 350* for 60 minutes.
