    3 eggs
    1 small chopped onion
    3 - 4 strips green pepper - chopped
    3-4 strips yellow pepper - chopped
    3-4 strips red pepper - chopped
    1 tbsp country crock for pan


heat pan with country crock & fresh chopped veggies, until veg look almost cooked.
scramble eggs in a cup, when veg are almost done add eggs to pan & cook to desired consistency.
