    Special Dark Hershey's cocoa powder, 1 T.
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Brown sugar, 2 t.
    Old-fashioned oats, 1/3 cup
    Ground cinnamon, 1 t.
    Vanilla extract, 1 t.
    4-5 cubes ice
    Skim milk, 1 c.


Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until most of the ice is crushed.

Serving Size: Makes 1 12-oz serving.
