    1 fresh pineapple
    3 fresh limes
    2 green chilli peppers
    1 red bell pepper
    2 medium red onions
    1 can drained sweetcorn


Squeeze the limes and mix the juice with the deseeded and chopped chilli pepppers. Shake and then set aside for a good 10/15 minutes. Whilst waiting, prepare the other ingredients and mix together in a large bowl. When the lime juice is ready pour over the top and mix well. Refrigerate for upto 3 days when prepared.
