    4 chicken breast halves boneless and skinless wash
    1 cup flour
    2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp adobo spice
    heat oven to 350
    mix together dry ingredients
    I use a paper bag put my dry ingredients in and put the chicken pieces in and shake well
    I spray the bottom of a cake pan with a heavy spray
    place the chicken in the pan turn once after about 30 minutes cook until done
