Introduction

Simple Asian stir-fry...especially good for the picky eaters or the non-adventurous types. Simple Asian stir-fry...especially good for the picky eaters or the non-adventurous types.

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts
    2 cups of cooked brown rice
    1 bag of Trader Joe's Stir Fry Vegetables
    1/2 cup of Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce, Takumi Collection

Tips

Sometimes I add pineapple too.


Directions

Cook diced up chicken breast in non-stick skillet over med-high heat with cooking spray. When chicken is almost cooked thru, add the whole bag of veggies. Cook until liquid is almost evaporated and add the teriyaki sauce and toss until distributed. Serve over brown rice.

Serving Size: 4 - 1/2 servings of rice and 4 equal servings of chk/veg
