    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1/2 cup, torn
    Bib Lettuce, 1/2 cup, torn
    1/2 plum tomato chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 large, sliced
    Red onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1/4 cup slices Kalamata olives, 1 serving (4 olives, sliced) Feta Cheese, 1 T, crumbled


serve dressing on the side and dip fork in dressing then into a bite of salad--use a lot less dressing.


Chop and slice ingredients as indicated, toss together serve w/dressing of choice --dressing not included in calorie count
