    1 lb bay or sea scallops
    Old Bay Seasoning
    salted butter


serve with lemon butter sauce


Preheat broiler.
Pat scallops dry, coat with Old Bay or Creole seasoning to taste.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in oven-safe pan, add scallops
Broil on low for 10 minutes

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
