    6 ounces linguini pasta, cooked
    6 ounces steak, sliced in 1/2 in pieces
    1 cup chopped onions
    2 tablespoons minced garlic
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon rosemary
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 1/2 cup milk
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese


In a large skillet, cook the steak pieces for a few minutes on each side. Set aside. Add the onions, garlic, and butter to the skillet. Cook until the butter is all melted, add the flour, rosemary and basil to the pan. Stir and add the milk, let it come to a boil. After the sauce thickens, add the pasta, steak, tomatoes, spinach, and blue cheese to the pan. Let it cook for a few more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the spinach wilts.

Serving Size: Makes four servings
