    10 eggs
    1 can refrigerated cresent rolls
    1 pound pork sausage or 3 patties
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tsp. oregano


Pre-heat oven to 325. Press crescent rolls into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Cook sausage if not already done. Combine eggs, cheeses, oregano, and milk in a mixing bowl. After removing bottom crust from oven, sprinkle bits of sausage over crust. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
