Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Beef Lean
    2 Med Onions
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    49 oz can of Beef Broth
    42.5 oz of Whole Tomatoes Canned
    1 Cup of Celery
    1.5 Cups of Carrots
    1Med Head of Cabbage
    2 Med Sweet Potatoes
    8 oz tomato Sauce
    1 Bay Leaf
    1.25 tsp black pepper
    1tsp basil
    1 tbls parsley
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Brown ground meat, drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are soft. If more broth is needed, add a cup of water. Makes 12 servings
