    1/2 cup bisquick
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
    1 extra large egg
    1/8 cup canola oil


Heat canola oil in electric skillet preheated at 350 degrees. Mix bisquick, 1% milk, mini chocolate chips, and extra large egg together in bowl.

Cook pancakes until done on one side, then flip.

Serving Size: Makes 4 pancakes
