Ingredients

    1/4 c well rinsed Goya black Bean-smashed with fork
    4 oz Jennie O ExtraLean Ground Turkey
    1 Tbs chopped onion
    1 Tbs chopped gr. pepper
    1 Tbs Salsa
    1/2 to 1 tsp chill powder

    1. Mix all of the above together.If it seems dry add
    1 tsp to 1 Tbs of water.

    2. Shape like a flat dount- the center hole shortens the cooking time, then it will not be supper dry.

Tips

Rinsing the beans is important. Smash the beans to a paste, this will help make your burger stay together. The extra water is optional. If you really like it hot-add a few drops of hot sauce over the salsa before you wrap it.


Directions

1.Preheat nonstick skillet over medium heat.

2 Spray skillet with a non-stick cooking spray.

3. Add burger to pan and cook each side 4-5 minutes on each side- or until it is completly cooked.

4.Divide the buger into 1/3rds. place each piece on a lettuce leaf, spread 1 tsp of salsa on the burger and wrap up in the lettuce. Enjoy this isa nice filling lunch.
