Introduction

Turkish tomato and bell pepper soup. Turkish tomato and bell pepper soup.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 cup rice
    2 bell peppers diced
    1 onion grated
    1Tbsp butter
    3 oz tomato paste
    4 cups beef broth
    1/4 greek yogurt
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Also good with parsley. Can substitute greek yogurt with milk, but continue to simmer until desired consistancy.


Directions

add rice and raw veggies to pan with the butter. Saute. Add beef broth and tomoto paste. Simmer for 45 minutes. Whisk in greek yogurt. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook additional 5 min
