    1 large Cucumber peeled, diced
    1 C Red Ripe Cherry Tomatoes
    1 C Frozen Yellow Sweet Corn, thawed
    1 medium onion, diced
    5 T chopped fresh Cilantro
    1 T Chili Powder
    Juice from 1 lemon or lime
    .5 t Celery Salt
    1 t fresh ground pepper
    .5 T dried red hot pepper flakes, to taste
    1 Avocado without skin or seed, diced


Add avocado last and toss lightly to avoid mashing the cubes.


Place all ingredients except avocado in large bowl in order of ingredient list. Mix until cilantro and seasonings are distributed throughout. Add diced avocado and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
