    1/4 cup sodium reduced soy sauce
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
    3/4 lb pork cut into thin strips
    1 small bunch bunch broccoli cut into pieces
    1 stalk celery sliced diagonally
    1 cup mushrooms
    1/2 cupo orange juice
    2 tsp cornstarch


used Bragg liquid Soy seasoning instead of Soy


Combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes.
marinate pork strips in mix for 30 min
remove strips from marinade, reserving marinade
Heat canola il in non-stick wok or skillet over high heat
Add pork strips and stir fry for 2 minutes remove and set aside
add carrots and broccoli cook for 2 minutes or until partially sofened (if pan is dry add about 2 tbsp orange juice)
add celery and mushrooms and stir fry until tender crisp about 2 minutes
combine orange juice and cornstarch
return pork and reserved marinade to pan add orange juice mix
heat until sauce has thickened
serve with rice or noodles
