Mashed Potatoes topped with Meat Gravy Mashed Potatoes topped with Meat Gravy

    Mashed Potatoes:

    6 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes
    1/2 Cup of Milk
    2 tbsp. Butter
    1 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 tsp. Parsley Flakes

    Meat Gravy:

    2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
    1 1/2 Cup of Water
    2 TBSP of Flour
    2 Beef Buoillon Cubes


Peel and Cut all six potaotes. Add in salt. Boil them until tender. While these are boiling cook the ground beef. Put 2 Bulion cubes in 1 1/2 cup of Water. Put in Microwave for 2 minutes. Next add the flour and stir until all flour is gone and no longer clumpy. Pour on top of browned meat. Thicken until gravy consistancy.
When potatoes are done drain and add the butter and milk. Mash and add in the garlic powder and parsley. Mix until smooth.
On individual plates scoop out mashed potatoes and pour on meat and gravy mixture. ENJOY!
