Ingredients

    Melt duck fat in large soup pot over low

    Add garlic and shallots, minced, and raise heat to soften but NOT brown

    Add chopped carrots, turn up to medium

    Chop sweet potato and add

    Chop up apples and add

    Add 4 cups knorr chicken bouillon broth

    Cook until all vegetables are very soft

    Add spices and seasonings to your liking and simmer

    Blend in batches

    Stir in milk
