    1 Gallon Water
    1 lb low fat smoked sausage, cut up
    1 lb large shrimp, raw
    6 small potatoes, peeled & halved
    6 corn niblers, frozen
    6 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
    at least 1 tsp Texas Pete Hot Sauce


If eating outside, You can pour stew out onto picnic table covered in newspaper. If eating inside, a large slotted ladle works well for serving.


Cut sausage into 6 pieces then slice each piece in half longways. Place cut side down in large stock pot and brown. Add 1 gallon water and 6 tsp Old Bay Seasoning then bring to a rolling boil. Add 6 frozen corn niblers and return to a boil. Add 12 potato halves and boil for 10 minutes just until fork tender. Add shrimp and boil for 3 minutes. Turn off stove eye and cover with lid until ready to serve.
