    1lb. lean ground beef
    1 large can enchilada sauce
    1 can campbells fiesta nacho cheese soup
    1 pkg. whole wheat tortillas
    1 can fat-free refried beans
    2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese


Brown ground beef. Add enchilada sauce and soup. Simmer together for 10 minutes. Heat refried beans.
Put spoonful of beans in tortilla. sprinkle on cheese. Add scoop of meat mixture. Roll up, put in 9x13 pan. Use all tortillas. Pour remaining meat mixture on top of tortillas, put remaining cheese on top of that. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
