    Castor sugar
    Almond Meal
    Baking powder


I always have too much mix so usually I can get a cake and then 6 muffins as well out of it. I think it depends on the size of the oranges you use. So if you cut your cake into 8 or 10 slices then add the 6 muffin portions as well its about 16 portions total. So I will put down 16 for the sake of calculating the calories :)


boil oranges whole for 2 hours.
Drain and cool then puree
Beat eggs and sugar well
Add baking powder, puree and almond meal.
butter spring form cake tin 20cm
Bake @160 for 1-1.5 hours
