    1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 Tbsp olive oil
    4 boneless pork chops, trimmed (about 1 lb)
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    1/2 cup yellow (or dijon, if you have it) mustard
    1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend


Saute onion in pan with olive oil until soft and translucent. Set aside. Season both sides of chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in pan on both sides. Remove and place in baking dish. Top with onions. MIx together mustard and brown sugar, pour over top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings, one chop each
