    16 ounces ground lean beef
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 cup milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
    1 large can tomatoes, diced
    1 cup diced onion
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    3 tablespoons parsley
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    5 slices bacon, diced
    *ground black pepper to taste
    9 cups cooked spaghetti noodles


1) To make the meatballs, mix the ground beef, ground pepper, bread crumbs, egg, 1/4 cup milk, salt, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, chopped garlic, and 1/2 cup diced onion. Form into 12 meatballs.
2) Place the meatballs onto a greased cookie sheet, and bake at 325'F oven for 1 hour, to set them. Remove and drain them on a plate. Set aside.
3) In a large pan, add the olive oil and fry the diced bacon until nice and golden brown. Add the onion, and fry until it turns nice and golden as well. Add the diced tomatoes, parsley, and garlic. Turn everything down to low, and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add the meatballs, and simmer for another 1/2 hour. Add more black pepper if desired.
4) While the sauce simmers, cook enough spaghetti noodles to make 9 cups. Toss the noodles with the sauce and meatballs. Serve.
