    1 lb pork sausage
    12 eggs
    16 oz. hashbrown potatoes
    8 oz shredded cheddar
    1 c skim milk
    21, 7.5" flour tortillas
    1t salt
    1/2 t pepper


Brown sausage in a large skillet. Removed to bowl.
Brown hashbrowns in same skillet.
Return sausage to skillet.
Beat eggs together with milk. Add egg mixture to skillet.
Add salt & pepper.
Cook until eggs are done.
Remove from heat. Add shredded cheese.
Scoop 1/3 c of egg mixture onto each tortilla. Fold tortilla into burrito. Wrap with plastic wrap. Freeze.
Remove burrito from freeze, remove plastic wrap. Heat in microwave until warm throughout, 1-2 min.
