    Beef Stew Meat, 32 oz
    Muir Glen Tomato Sauce (15oz), 2 serving
    *6 oz. can of tomato paste, 1 serving
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    1 bay leaf (whole)


Serve over white rice.


Brown stew meat. Add all ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
