    1 Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 Onion, chopped
    Chicken Thighs (about 1.5 lbs), bone and skin removed
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Turkey Bacon (2 slices), chopped
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    White Wine, 1/4 cup
    Pureed Tomatoes, (15 oz can)
    Water, 2/3 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Cumin, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1/2 tsp
    Green Bean, Fresh, 1/2 lb. cut into 1-inch pieces
    Rice (optional) not included in nutrition info.


1. In skillet add bell pepper and onion, cook until tender. Transfer to bowl.
2. Add chicken to skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
3. Pour in wine; cook 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes, bell pepper mixture, water, oregano, cumin, thyme, and hot sauce; bring to boil.
4. Add green beans; reduce heat and simmer, covered for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice, if desired.
